1) National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC) is tying-up with various National / Regional training institutions in India for skill up-gradation/skill training. Main collaborating partners with NHFDC are DG (E and T) M/o Labour and Employment Govt. of India through VRC's, NIESBUD and its Regional Centers, NSIC, ATDC and ITDC. The programmes include skill training for enhancing employability/entrepreneurship development for starting self-employment ventures/Technical support cum incubation programme for setting up of small business.

2) NHFDC is committed to full reimbursement of training fee etc for the whole training programme. NHFDC will so offer stipend @Rs.1000 /student/month during these programmes. Post training support is also proposed to be provided in selected cases.

3) NHFDC desires that all interested PwDs who wish to avail the benefit of above programmes should enroll themselves with NHFDC so that short listed PwDs are sponsored to those institutes for skill training/entrepreneurship/incubation programmes etc.
